• Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

7. User Content and Documents

The Service may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including documents for signature ("User Content"). You retain all of your rights in your User Content. By uploading, submitting, storing, sending, or receiving User Content to or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such User Content for the limited purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing or publishing your User Content on the Service. By uploading or sharing User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:

8. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically set forth in these Terms of Use.

Billing occurs at the beginning of your subscription and each renewal period. We automatically bill your payment method on file on the first day of each billing period. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it or we terminate it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the Service or in email to you, at our option, at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

The Service may contain links to other websites or services provided by third parties, including advertisers, affiliate partners, our affiliates, partners or sponsors. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those websites or services, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. NEITHER SignYourDocuments.COM NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH SignYourDocuments.COM MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL SignYourDocuments.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

All provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wyoming, in each case located in the City of Cheyenne. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms, rules, or policies that we may post on the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and SignYourDocuments.com regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and SignYourDocuments.com regarding the Service.
